Capers: Your secret to a longer life

You’ve done everything right. The nutrition is dialed in, the bloodwork looks solid, the performance metrics are trending upward.

So is there an additional edge you can find? Somewhere within your body, you have cells that refuse to die.

It is called cellular senescence.

Aging isn’t just wear and tear. It’s accumulation. Specifically, the accumulation of senescent cells. Damanged dead cells that linger in your tissue.

They dont just accumulate, they send out inflammatory signals, disrupting metabolism, and dragging your mitochondria into dysfunction.

The result? Chronic inflammation and oxidative stress.

For example, bioactive compounds such as quercetin from onions and capers. Fisetin from strawberries, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) from green tea, curcumin from turmeric, and hydroxytyrosol from olive oil.

Skip a meal. Dinner or breakfast. Once a month, skips all meals for 24 hours. When you eat, sauté red onions and add to your food. Include capers as often as you can.
